Mosaik is an urban design studio that creates landscapes that are sustainable, resilient, and integrated with nature. Our name is central to our way of working. When we design urban spaces, we create a mosaic built from various, unique pieces that together form a balanced, living landscape.

For us, the how is just as important as the what. Our approach is based on cross-disciplinary conversations, ensuring that our solutions interweave unique possibilities and diverse perspectives into every step we take towards the outcome.

Mosaik was founded by a Barcelona-born and Zurich-based urban and landscape architect, Marta Fernández Cortés, and all projects are implemented as cross-sectoral collaborations. Our partners include architects, urban planners, communities, and municipalities, and we regularly participate in architectural competitions across Europe.
